Shipping policy

Every ghost travels by post, not by broomstick. Here is exactly how that journey works.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8–16 days from the date of purchase, tracked the whole way. Your lantern ships from our manufacturing partner overseas, so part of the journey is international. Delivery times are estimates: during the busiest weeks of autumn and the holidays, a parcel can occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Orders of $45 or more: free standard shipping, tracked.

Orders under $45: $3.99 standard shipping, tracked.

The Pair (2 lanterns) always ships free.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Holiday order deadlines

Halloween: order on or before October 10.

Christmas and winter holidays: order by December 5.

Orders placed after these dates are always welcome, but we can't guarantee they will arrive before the holiday itself.

Tracking

You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page. Scans can go quiet for a few days while a parcel crosses borders, which is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 16 days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

Packaging

Because your parcel travels internationally, the outer packaging may carry international shipping labels and customs information.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your lantern arrives damaged, or tracking shows the parcel has been lost, email us with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Address changes and cancellations

We can change the delivery address or cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once a parcel is on its way, the address can no longer be changed.
