The 30-Night Haunt Guarantee

Live with your ghost for 30 nights. If he doesn't earn his spot on your shelf, send him back for a full refund. No explanation required.

How long you have

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What's covered

Every lantern we sell, including items bought at a discount or with a promo code.

Condition

Please return the lantern with all its parts, the ghost and the iron bracket, in good condition and in its original packaging if you still have it.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@hearthandhaunt.com with your order number.

2. We'll reply within one business day with instructions for sending it back.

3. Please don't post the item back without contacting us first. We can't process returns sent to an address we haven't confirmed.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your lantern arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we refund the full price of your order, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
